On March 26, 2019, Professor Cai Duanjun of Xiamen University and his party visited Hubei DUVTek Co., Ltd. Professor Cai Duanjun is a professor of physics at Xiamen University and a senior visiting scholar in the Department of chemistry, Duke University. He was a visiting associate professor in the Department of electrical engineering, Institute of Optoelectronic Information Engineering, Taiwan University. He has undertaken the sub project of "physical properties of nano scale semiconductor materials and components" of the national science and Technology Association of Taiwan, and the project of "study of bioluminescence processes" of Portugal France Joint National Science and technology foundation. He is a member of American Physical Society and American Biophysical Society. As an expert reviewer of many journals, such as appl. Phys. Lett., J. Phys. Chem., J. appl. Phys., opti. Comm., etc. The main research areas include:
(1) Synthesis of three-dimensional semiconductor (GaN / ZnO nanopillar array) materials and their new devices
(2) Research on the application of ultra-fine metal nanowire materials (Cu nanowire network, alloy nanowire) and transparent electrode
